About the artist:

Philippe Anthony Quinal is a Filipino-American fine artist and designer from Pomona,
California. He has lived in Honolulu, HI, Los Angeles, CA and is currently based out of
New York City. He received my Bachelor’s of Fine Arts Degree with an emphasis in
painting from Otis College of Art and Design in 2012. Philippe’s fine art practice is
primarily painting focused and his work can be described as an intuitional abstract mark
making influenced by his Asian American heritage, graffiti, nature, grids, and tapping
into the subconscious. He has exhibited in group shows in Hawaii, Los Angeles, and
New York. In 2023, he also debuted with my first solo exhibition in New York City called
“Protect Your Joy.”
